Complete Local Specialty Care (CLSC, formerly Intermed CLinics) is a family-run healthcare practice founded by the late Dr. Jean-Claude Bourque and his daughter, Chantal Bourque-Bray, M.H.S.A. Today, the Bourque family’s legacy continues through Dr. Bourque’s grandchildren—Sophie Bray, Michael Hutchison, and Johnny Hutchison—who now help lead the organization. Together, we uphold the values of compassion, integrity, and patient-centered care that have defined our practice since 1989.
Our South Florida facilities are located in Broward and Palm Beach County – with offices in Hallandale, Hollywood, Boca Raton, and Coconut Creek. Since 2024, CLSC has expanded into Central Florida with two offices in Osceola County in the St. Cloud area
Our team includes a mix of advanced practice nurse practitioners, medical doctors, and physician assistants, fluent in a multitude of languages to better serve our community.
