Dr. Salei graduated from the Belarusian State Medical University in 1995. After immigrating to the USA in 1999, she completed her Family Medicine residency at Ellis Hospital in upstate New York. She continued to practice in New York until 2017, at which point she moved to South Florida. Dr. Salei is board certified in Family Medicine .

Leonel's first profession was a Mechanical Engineer. He attended the Institute of Mechanics and Architecture in the former Soviet Union,in the city called Tashkent. After graduation, he traveled to Canada and resided there for 1 year.

In 1995, Leonel enrolled at Hopkins Technical Education Center in Miami and became a Dental Technician, and worked as such till 1999.

Originally from Cuba, he been living in the US since 1992. He enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with his family.



Victoria loves interacting with patients, while working as a team in the prevention and treatment of illness. She prides herself on providing the best care possible to all patients.

Jonias Destine is a PA-C at CLSC Inc. and an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Miami Dade College Physician Assistant Program. He is affiliated with Memorial Regional Hospital and he is a member of AAPA and FAPA.


Jonias is a community leader who always encourages people to stay in good health. He is the current Senior Pastor of Bethany Evangelical Baptist Church Inc. and a guest speaker of many spiritual revivals in churches of South Florida.

Jonias is a foreign medical graduate and a General Surgeon from Haiti. He was the Medical Director of Hôpital Lumière Bonne Fin, Haiti and Director of Universite Lumiere, Haiti.

Ariel graduated with the highest honors from the Physician Assistant program at Miami Dade College where he received excellent and extensive training in all areas of the medical field. Ariel has a Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) from the Institute of Medical Sciences, Havana, Cuba. Currently, he is working on a Master of Medical Sciences program from Saint Francis University. He proudly represented Miami Dade College in 2 State competitions and 1 National competition of medical

knowledge. He has over 20 years experience in the medical field, which he uses to give his patients the best care.


Ariel enjoys giving back to the community, so he has participated in many health fairs at Miami Dade College that were offered in collaboration with the Florida Department of Health to promote disease prevention and healthy life styles. In the future, he would like to use some of his free time to bring health and hope to communities and countries in need.

Gabriela Lopez Botero is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician assistants. She is a licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Florida and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. 

Mrs. Lopez-Botero attended Florida Atlantic University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. She also received a Master of Clinical Medical Science degree and Physician Assistant Certificate from Barry University in 2015.

Mrs. Lopez-Botero offers compassionate care for men and women providing excellent services in family medicine. She is fluent in English and Spanish, which helps her provide healthcare to a wider scope of patients. One of her passions is giving back to the community; she participated in a medical mission trip in the past with a group of medical professionals who provided free medical care to more than 700 patients in Dominican Republic.

Deija Badia is a certified and licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) at CLSC. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is passionate about providing optimal patient care with primary focus on preventative medicine.

Deija began working in the health-care industry in 2012, where she graduated as a pharmacy technician and worked at CVS pharmacy.

In 2015, she earned her Associates of Science in Nursing and began her career as a Registered Nurse. During this time, she worked with Miami Jewish Health Care Systems and provided care to the elderly population. Deija continued her education and in 2017, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked at Kendall Regional Hospital in the Orthopedic/Spine Unit for some time and while furthering her education, was employed as an Allergy Nurse. Deija attained her Masters of Science in Nursing degree in April 2019 and became licensed and certified as an APRN by the AANP.


Deija enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and learning about different cultures.

Deija is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
